Carried out in two phases, Allied completed the fit out of ‘flush’ double glazed acoustic partitions, single glazed doors and partition screens in the new Global Corporate Headquarters for the biotechnology company Alkermes plc located in Connaught House, Burlington Road, Dublin.
Allied Workspace has completed the second phase fit out of Alkermes’ new Global Headquarters.
This prestigious high end office fitout for Alkermes (formerly Elán) in Connaught House, Dublin 2 consisted of flush double glazed acoustic office partitions and single glazed doors in addition to glazed reception doors and partition screens.
The double glazed partitions have an acoustic rating of 48dB(Rw) while the glass doors are certified to 32dB(Rw) by incorporating a threshold seal. The project was completed in time and on budget within the agreed construction programme.
