A landmark site along the Grand Canal LinkedIn’s EMEA headquarters developed by IPUT and designed by Henry J Lyons Architects. IPUT has cited sustainability, efficiency and digital connectivity as major considerations in the construction of the site. It said that the estate will hold an A3 energy rating, with energy consumption savings of 70pc and water usage savings of 60pc compared with those of the existing buildings.

Allied supplied and installed EI60 Minute Integrity and insulation fire rated screens and doors in the foyer areas on every floor as well various thoroughfares throughout the building

The pivot doors operate with discreet floor plates with self closing spring system. There is also a new electro magnetic hold open system incorporated into the trackwork. This system automatically releases in case of a fire and negates the need for the installation of any obstructive hold open fixings on the floor or ceiling.
