Burlington House, located within the heart of Dublin 4 area in surrounded by the mature trees which overhang the street, Burlington Road. A beautiful area and state of the art HQ for Amazon who have taken tenancy of the whole building. Amazon’s decision to move into the hugely spacious Burlington Road block, to be known as the Vertium Building, will signify a further expansion of its Dublin operation which already has a workforce of more than 1,400.

Atrium Glazing

Allied specialises in bespoke internal glazed atrium facades providing natural light to the core of the building through internal

structural fire rated frameless atria with a line load of 1.5kN capped with a glazed skylight, allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the building. Allied were proud to be involved in the design development and engineering creative solutions to achieve the highest standards both in architectural finish and sustainable design credentials. Designed by Henry J Lyons architects and built by Sisk, this 20,000m2 project is now ready in June 2017 for internal fit-out. Working with architects we were able to meet the high standards and specifications required using Komfort Polar Single Glazed and Komfort Polar Single Glazed Fire Rated glass.
