Drinks giant Diageo recently opened new state of the art offices located at Capital House on Upper Queen Street, in the heart of Belfast City Centre.
Employing over 300 people throughout Northern Ireland, Diageo’s new offices will host its local sales and marketing teams as well as all of the company’s Customer Services and Credit Management team for the island of Ireland which has seen 55 new jobs coming to Belfast.
Allied completed an extensive fit-out of Glazed Partitions as part of the refurbishment of Capital House, which facilitated the creation of a new reception area, individual offices and meeting rooms, quiet rooms and coffee hub/cafeteria.
System Specification
Single Glazed partitioning with integrated glazed doors.
12.8mm acoustic laminate glass in the fixed glazed panels providing an acoustic performance rating of 38dB(Rw).
Door frames complete with a 12mm toughened door leaf, lever lock, cylinder and top and bottom patch fittings.
Partition frame powder coated black (RAL 9005 – Jet Black).
Glazed doors designed in accordance with Document M of the Building Regulations 2010 (Access to and use of buildings) with the inclusion of a high-contrast (black) 25mm strip at the outside edge.
