Dublin Landings is a unique and breathtaking development with striking architecture inspired by Ireland’s coast and robust woodlands, integrating rugged landscape with contemporary architecture.
The NTMA (National Treasury Management Agency) will occupy 1 Dublin Landings a building with generous height reception halls opening to large atria and the main lift lobbies. Filled with daylight, this building won’t rely only on light from artificial sources.
Sitting on the North Wall Quay, within Dublin’s financial and technology district, Dublin Landings’ emergence as the new commercial heart of the Irish capital is being underwritten by the caliber of occupants such as the Central Bank of Ireland, whose new headquarters is here.
Allied Ireland was contracted to supply and install doors and acoustic laminate glazing for the lift lobby areas across 8 stories of the Dublin Landings NTMA building. Allied also supplied the track and gasket for the glazing surrounding the elevators which overlook the atrium which was also designed and installed by Allied.
All glazing has a clear, translucent silicone joint.
