Miesian Plaza on Lower Baggot Street, in the heart of Dublin’s business community, presents the highest specification office space now available in the commercial heart of one of Europe’s most vibrant capital cities.

Miesian Plaza has been developed with a core commitment to achieving quality, whilst securing the highest level environmental LEED accreditation. Miesian Plaza delivers 218,724 sq.ft. of the highest specification office space.
The development offers tenant facilities unrivaled in Dublin’s city centre, featuring generous car parking, covered bicycle parking, changing facilities, showers, lockers and a fully fitted gym.

Allied were involved with design concepts at a very early stage working with Scott Tallon Walker and Remley Developments to create washrooms and changing facilities that were in keeping with the high specification finishes and details throughout the building.

Time was spent visiting many sites in London and other major cities to come up with a marriage of best in class details from many installations as well as achieving both architect and clients vision for each space.

Block B and C are complete and some floors occupied already. Block A is being installed currently and will be finished in the very near future, thus completing a project that all involved in are very proud of and a development that we know all tenants will enjoy working in and will benefit from all the thought and passion that has gone into creating such a high end working environment.

Products used in the Miesian Plaza Project include Flow Cubicles, Stone Vanity units, Flow Glass Showers, CP Cambio Lockers with bespoke bench designs and Digilock lock solutions.
